Knowledge in a Venn diagram

Yesterday we tried to remember a lot of things the girls from "La Catalina" told us about therapies with dogs and horses. And so, we made a beautiful and very complete Venn diagram, with everything we learned about the dogs and horses used for therapies.

A memorable afternoon

"La Catalina" visited us

Today, people from "La Catalina" visited our classroom and we could learn a lot about therapies with animals. And the best surprise was that their therapy dog, Blue, visited us as well! It was an extremely nice experience that we could share with 3rd F. And we could all ask questions in the Hall.

And you were privileged, weren't you?

I hope you enjoyed and like the experience. And I hope you remember it for the rest of your lives.
And tomorrow we'll continue working for the Feria!

FAIR PLAY: What is good sportsmanship?

The Wold Cup have started and it is nor only important to win, but to PLAY FAIR. We will be working with this value the following weeks so as to know the importance of respecting rules and others!

Animal description

Today we didn't have a dictation, but we had to write the description of an animal. You worked very well during the activity and I'm very glad that you worked very independently. Great job 3rd N!

Substances

Some pieces of cabagge... lots of things to learn!

Today, we worked with cabbage. We put it in hot water and we waited until the water turned purple. Then, we put some of that purple water into a cup of cold water, into a cup of vinegar and into another cup of water mixed with baking soda and... these were the results!

Amazing, isn't it? And what about the fizzy orange juice? We think you liked it a lot! Do it at home! Remember: Squeeze the oranges, put 2 cups of cold water each 6 oranges and a tea spoon of baking soda. Then, enjoy this drink!

Today we started working for the Feria and the best way to know what we are going to talk about that day is to start feeling what some people may feel.
We had fun but we also reflected on the activity a lot.

Today we learned a lot about  Anteaters! after watching this video many of the students wanted to have one as a pet....would you like to have one as well??

Valor de la TOLERANCIA

En tercero "N" pensamos y reflexionamos acerca del valor tolerancia.

Es por eso que decidimos ponerlo en práctica en el aula y pensamos en qué situaciones debemos ser tolerantes. 

Estuvimos conversando, nombrando ejemplos, contando experiencias, poniéndonos en el lugar del otro, etc.

Finalmente elegimos tres oraciones que nos parecieron las más importantes para escribirlas y colgarlas en el aula.
